Omega-3 Ethyl Esters 33/22

LYSI’s Omega-3 ethyl esters contain high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids (33% EPA and 22% DHA). These fatty acids are known to have many beneficial effects on the human body. The Omega-3 ethyl esters are primarily intended for encapsulation.

Following is the standard specification, which can be amended to meet customers’ requirements.

Yellow liquid. The ethyl esters (EE) are processed from oil derived from the following species: Engraulidae, Carangidae, Clupeidae, Osmeridae, Scombridae and Ammodytidae. GMO-free tocopherols are added as antioxidants.

  • The Omega-3 EE meets all official regulations in regards to environmental contaminants.
  • The Omega-3 EE is available in accordance with all major pharmacopoeias and the CRN monograph.
  • The Omega-3 EE can be fortified with vitamins A, D and E, antioxidants and flavours.
  • The Omega-3 EE is packed under nitrogen and can be delivered in drums, IBC’s, flexitanks or tank containers.
